Dear School Families
Thanks for your support and words of appreciation you shared with me and my family last Sunday at our farewell get together. Although I leave with a lot of sadness, I’m encouraged that I’m leaving the school in good hands. The Lord has blessed our schools with a team of committed and dedicated teachers. In meeting with Rick Serns the new principal, I feel confident the Lord has also blessed us with a very qualified and capable leader.
It is exciting to think about what this campus could look like
in a few years. I think the Lord has put in place a team of individuals who are committed to making a new building on our campus a reality. However they will need your support, not only financially, but through your willingness to help on committees, encourage each other, being involved in the process and most importantly through your prayers in seeking God’s guidance in this “big” project.
I’m concerned about the future of Adventist education. We
all need to do our part to make sure our schools remain a place where children and youth get to know Jesus as their personal Friend and Savior. That really is what the whole Magnify campaign is all about. I trust that as this objective remains
the focus of the campaign the Lord will bless your efforts.
“Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”
1 Cor. 15:58.
God bless you and KSDA and PSAA.
